3. Drive System: Hydraulic-driven configuration featuring integrated cylinders and hydraulic stations. When powered, the cylinder generates downward thrust to drive the slider, serving as the core power source for the edge-cutting
press.
4. Alignment Device: Ensures precise positioning of leaf spring blanks within the mold.
5. Control System: Integrated into the roll-forming system's central control unit.

四.Basic requirements of equipment
1. The control cabinet is equipped with meters featuring data output communication ports to facilitate data collection and management. It incorporates modules for production operation, fault alarm feedback, and
maintenance information.
2. Product parameters are input through touch screens, enabling the control system to automatically set operational parameters for robots and servo positioning devices without manual intervention.
3. The material transfer racks shall adopt standardized designs for universal application across the entire production facility. Specific rack configurations shall be mutually agreed upon.
4. The equipment is designed for continuous operation, supporting three daily production shifts.
5. The hydraulic system incorporates cooling devices with oil temperature monitoring, filter blockage detection, and over-limit alarm functions.
6. A water cooler ensures continuous operation with oil temperature not exceeding 55°C when water temperature remains below 30°C.
7. The hydraulic station pressure gauge is equipped with a pressure switch. Pneumatic components utilize airTAC products.
8. Equipment coloration shall be customized through the client-provided color chart for painting.
9. Remote monitoring and program modification capabilities are supported.
